Offcially Has A Interview Date
"I'm an idealist. I don't know where I'm going, but I'm on my way." -Carl Sandburg
Yes no more waiting, wondering, pondering and stressing over when my first interview will be for I found out that it will be this Sunday,September 26th,2010. When I heard this news I squealed. I literally went bonkers <---which I don't even know is a word. I've been stressing for the pass 3 months when my first interview is and I finally know and lucky for me I do not have to wait another 3 months for it.
Today I went to a rotary club meeting, not a exchange meeting just a regular club meeting. There I was invited as a guess to listen in and meet my coordinator's exchange student he's hosting from Japan (who by the way is very tall). My host sister and me had a special way of telling each other if we thought he was cute or not. 1 pat on the shoulder means he's cute and 2 pats on the shoulder means he not cute. I pat once she pat twice, haha well we know we won't ever fight over the same guy (though she has a boyfriend). His English isn't fluent yet but wait until June or July he'll be shocked at how good he is.
Anyways after the meeting my coordinator introduce me to the two interviewers. One of them works with my dad and the other I don't know well. They told me Sunday in the evening is the best. I've been so jubilant since they announced this to me but now I'm starting to get the jitters. I really, really, really want to go on this exchange and these two and one other interview will determine all that, it's a lot of stress to put on someone. I'm going to spend this week/weekend (with the swamp of homework that I'll probably get from my sick absence from school)preparing and learning stuff about each country I've applied to. Ohh I'm scared, but happy.
Only Time Will Tell What Will Happen, I'll Inform you guy about it more later.
